About

Hi, I'm Megan

I'm 29, I teach middle school science in Boston, and I started tracking my ovulation cycle about a year ago. Not because I was trying to conceive—at least not at first. I just wanted to understand why my body did what it did.

What I found was confusing. The apps contradicted each other. The "14-day rule" didn't match my actual cycle. And every website seemed to be selling something—premium subscriptions, fertility monitors, supplements I didn't need.

So I started writing down what I learned. The real stuff. The messy data. The days when my cycle went sideways because of stress or travel or just because bodies are weird.

What This Site Is

This is a personal tracking project that grew into something I hope helps other people. The calculator is free. The articles are honest. And nothing here requires your email address or credit card.

  • ✓ No account required
  • ✓ Data stays in your browser
  • ✓ Free forever
  • ✓ Written by someone actually tracking their cycle

What I'm Not

I'm not a doctor. I'm not a medical professional. I'm a teacher who reads a lot of research papers and gets overly invested in her own data. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
